About the Role

As a React Developer at Spiris, you'll be part of our ambitious AI transformation journey. We're committed to leading the industry in AI integration, with significant investments in AI technologies across our product portfolio. You'll work with cutting-edge tech stacks and have the opportunity to shape how we leverage AI in our frontend development, while collaborating with talented designers, developers, and AI specialists.

We're not just keeping pace with AI - we're helping define its future in business software. From AI-enhanced development practices to implementing AI features in our products, we're looking for developers who share our vision of AI as a transformative force in software development. We expect you're already familiar with AI-powered development tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or Cursor, as these represent just the beginning of how we're integrating AI into our development workflow.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement sophisticated React applications with a focus on performance, reusability, and maintainability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences

• Contribute to our component library and help establish best practices

• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

• Stay current with front-end development trends and bring fresh ideas to the team

• Work with modern state management solutions and API integration patterns

Who You Are

We believe you are someone who:

• Has 3+ years of professional experience with React and modern JavaScript

• Demonstrates strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles

• Has experience with modern React patterns (Hooks, Context, React Query)

• Values clean, maintainable code and follows best practices

• Is comfortable with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

• Has good knowledge of REST APIs and modern browser technologies

• Brings experience with testing frameworks (Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright)

• Uses AI development tools as a genuine development partner, not just autocomplete

• Communicates fluently in English and Swedish
